These terms apply to everyone who uses Karasi, customers and businesses.
The service
- Karasi connects customers with independent practitioners and businesses. The practitioner provides the service and is responsible for it.
- A request is not a booking until the practitioner accepts it. Changes take effect only when both sides agree.
- Customers pay for services at the venue. Karasi does not take a commission on bookings.
For businesses
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. Missed payments have a 7 day grace period, after which the profile is hidden until payment. Nothing is deleted.
- Promotions are paid when submitted and reviewed by the Karasi team. Rejected promotions are refunded automatically.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, prices and photos, and for any licence your services require.
Conduct
- Be respectful in booking chats. No harassment, spam or misleading content.
- Karasi may suspend accounts that break these terms, which hides them from customers immediately.
