Draft

Privacy policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

This is a draft published for review before launch. The final version will be published here and announced in the app.

This policy explains what Karasi collects when you use the app and this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Your phone number, which is how you sign in, and the name you give us.
  • Bookings, booking messages and the photos you attach to them.
  • Your city, area and, if you allow it, your location to show practitioners near you.
  • Device details needed to send notifications.
  • For businesses: profile details, services, hours, work photos and billing records.

How we use it

  • To run bookings between customers and practitioners and to send the notifications you expect.
  • To keep the platform safe, investigate reports and answer support tickets, which can include reading a booking thread.
  • To bill businesses for their plan and promotions through FIB, Qi Card or ZainCash. Karasi never stores card details.

Who sees what

  • A practitioner sees your name, phone number, the bookings you make with them and your messages in those bookings.
  • Business profiles, work photos, prices and reviews are public.
  • We don't sell personal data.

Cookies on this website

Besides the cookie that remembers your language, this website keeps two cookies of its own for 30 days. krs_attr remembers which campaign or link brought you here, never anything personal. krs_aid is a random id we use to count the steps of signing up. Neither is shared with other websites.

Your choices

  • You can edit your profile, turn off notifications and delete your account from Settings in the app.
  • Clinic customers: please don't share medical details in booking notes or chats.
